It is the responsibility of each production to consult with their own clearance teams or legal advisers to ensure that all props, artwork, graphics, and branded elements meet the necessary legal requirements before appearing on screen. While we’re always happy to support your creative vision, all final approvals and clearances must be handled by your production’s designated clearance professionals.

We can provide our own original artwork and graphic designs for a wide range of props, it is important to note that all names, titles, brands, and identifying details used within those designs must be cleared by each individual production. We create artwork to your brief, but final approval—and the responsibility to ensure that any names or references are legally permissible—rests with your production’s clearance team. This ensures that every prop placed on set meets the necessary legal standards before it reaches the screen.

All finished graphic prop products supplied by Data Reprographics comply to standard clearance release requirements with the exception of trade, product or business names. Data Reprographics do not supply any names (trade, product, or business) as "cleared" for film and TV use, and you are advised to check with your production department before printing/production of graphics.
